ArborGen is New Zealand’s largest tree nursery grower of seedlings for the forest sector. We are interested in talking to prospective employees at all levels of operational competency to work in permanent, full time roles in our six New Zealand nurseries, including nursery managers and assistant managers (skills and experience required in plant growing, site, people and customer relationship management typically supported by tertiary qualifications in nursery production or horticulture), and also candidates who are experienced and competent users of agricultural equipment and machinery to work as crop technicians. We also require casual (fixed term) employees between April and October to harvest our crop and assist with other seasonal work.
